Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! For the first time in my adult life I will not be partying tonight. I have a class which I can't miss. But, it will be good for my body to miss out on the carbs from the beer!
Today:
Upon awakening: barley grass juice and 1 slice of american cheese, vitamins
Breakfast: egg salad on pork rinds
Lunch:
chicken cutlet with mozzerella cheese on top, broccoli, green beans with butter
Dinner:
probably will be cheeseburger, pickles and coleslaw
A snack will be an Atkins bar

. I was really full from lunch.
had the house salad and the portebella burger ...very tastey..and very low carb. I didnt have the bun, and hubby ate all the croutons out of my salad
