Food Logs Week of 3/17

  • Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! For the first time in my adult life I will not be partying tonight. I have a class which I can't miss. But, it will be good for my body to miss out on the carbs from the beer!

    Today:
    Upon awakening: barley grass juice and 1 slice of american cheese, vitamins

    Breakfast: egg salad on pork rinds

    Lunch:
    chicken cutlet with mozzerella cheese on top, broccoli, green beans with butter

    Dinner:
    probably will be cheeseburger, pickles and coleslaw

    A snack will be an Atkins bar

    Back from holidays, and back op.

    Breakfast, I dont know yet lol I dont have anything ready so it will probably be some cantalope

    Lunch, taco salad

    Supper, bbq'd chicken and a big ole ceasar salad

    Snacks....co/jack cheese and if I can find some nice fresh strawberries today I'll have some of those

  • Tuesday 3/18
    Stayed totally on plan yesterday for the first time in ages. For dinner I had a cheeseburger and pickles.

    Today:
    Breakfast:
    glass of barley grass juice, slice of American cheese, vitamins, Atkins bar, tea with milk

    Lunch:
    I am going out to a barbeque place. I'm going to have pulled pork (there is probably sugar in the sauce, but not too much at this place) and two vegetables.
    2PM update: I had pulled pork, collard greens and a couple of bites of mac and cheese (naughty)

    Dinner:
    Unknown

    Breakfast...1/3 cup cottage cheese 1/3 cup chopped strawberries with a bit of splenda

    Lunch...broccoslaw and a salmon patty

    Supper...bbq'd chicken and ceasar salad

    Snacks...co/jack cheese and 1/2 cup bbq peanuts


    Yesterday was a good day, stayed op, and drank my water

  • Last night's dinner was a hard boiled egg and two glasses of wine . I was really full from lunch.

    Today:
    Breakfast: vitamins and Atkins bar
    Snack: hard boiled egg
    Lunch: chicken cutlet with mozzarella cheese, one sweet italian sausage, broccoli
    Dinner: I'm going out - will be buffalo wings
  • Breakfast 1/3 cup cottage cheese, and 1/3 cup strawberries, 2 teaspoons of egg salad

    Lunch...salmon patty, broccoslaw

    Snack...couple big tablespoon fulls of egg salad

    Supper...ohhhh hubby took me to applebees had the house salad and the portebella burger ...very tastey..and very low carb. I didnt have the bun, and hubby ate all the croutons out of my salad
