Hello all!!! I am happy to be joining this community of women who have similar goals. I am hoping to get support on this weight loss journey. I have lost some weight on my own, but I'm looking forward to getting back on track. I've lost my weight from eating a whole foods, gluten free diet. I've done little excercise and find that this is where I need the most support. I constantly ask how did I let myself get here. I refuse to stay here. So here I am seeking support from you!!!!

good work with your progress so far. As far as exercise goes I usually swim but if I don't have time I ride my bike or even lay on my bed, raise my legs and ride an imaginary bike! Also have some 5time pound balls that I use for random arm exercises! Glad you found us, this website is fantastic
