    I use it. If it is 0 then it should be fine. Some brands have more carbs, though.

    I have my ideal protein food list..... and on it it says no red wine or balsamic vinegar. I don't know why, just telling you what it says

    I think because it is red wine, which is not allowed. It specifically states not to use red wine vinegar.
