Hi what does your diet consist of? You won't lose any weight by just riding the recumbent bike, do you do any body weight or band exercises? If you want to lose 3-4lbs a wk you need weight training. Not necessarily with weights but more than the bike. Look up anaerobic weight training. The bike would be aerobic and you need to balance it off with anaerobic and you'll be awesome and slim
