new challenge

  • I am looking for a buddy or buddies to start the low carbs challenge from Monday so please post let form ateam and get raid of this excess weight . Any suggestions will also be appreciated.

    I'm starting today - not strict low-carb but let's say a heavy avoidance of the grain group, and a heavy emphasis on protein foods over fruits and veggies, but not ruling out fruits and veggies. Hoping I can stick with this for a week or more, then add grains back in slowly.

    Such an uphill battle...
