I need some advice.So I'm almost 6 months into my weight loss journey and I have lost a little over 45 pounds (why thank you, thank you
) The past 1 1/2 months have been somewhat of a struggle for me.I thought I was plateauing because I didn't lose ANY weight for about 3 weeks. I stayed at 177 for what felt like foreverrrr. Then, over the course of a week I dropped down to 172.2. I was SO happy!
Now, I'm back up to 174.4 and I'm feeling sooo hungry. I'm not going over my calories too much, probably by like 100-200, but I'm steadily gaining weight.
What confuses me is that recently I have made some changes to my diet that I thought would help. I completely cut out refined carbs (which I was eating a ton of) and switched to whole grains. Ever since then, I just feel like I can't get enough. I don't know what to do. Is this still a plateau? Is it the whole grains? What do you guys think?
