I have a home Daycare and this morning at the front door as a Parent was dropping off their child, she turns to me and asks "Are you losing weight"? How those 4 little words have lit a fire under me this morning. They are so modivating for me. The scales may give me a number a like or dislike sometimes, but I am a happy girl this morning.
