I actually tried to do a bit of Insanity when I first started losing weight. I did the first day and then I did 30DS. I couldn't even sit on the toilet for days.

I thought stretching was a waste of time.
mariposssa, all I can do for cardio is walk. It gets pretty boring and as you lose weight, it seems like there's no reason, since you burn so few calories. I'm hypo, too (Hashimoto's) and I barely ever feel like walking for 2 hours, like I used to. What I do for cardio is salsa. I have a playlist on youtube with songs I love. I don't really see the need for cardio anymore, though. I see it as a way to trick myself into thinking that I'm eating more. But I don't want a lot of food on most days. So, I only do cardio when I feel like I need to eat more. I'm looking for something that's mostly strength, I want to change my routine.
