today, i realized that i'd been feeling a wierd sensation for the past couple days - i can actually feel my thighs rubbing! and i mean from hip crease down to knee - it's so ... wierd.
it's a horrifying mental image to think that up to now, my legs have been so big that basically the muscle and bones were moving back and forth in two giant skin bags that were just pressed together - rather like the skirts in CGI barbie movies that look like they're made of rubber, not fabric....
i'm quite excited to weigh in this week. if i'm *really* lucky, i didn't lose any weight at all - i know for a fact i've lost size (2wks ago, my waist was 40 and now it's 39) but if i didn't lose weight, that means i lost fat and gained muscle and my workouts are paying off!
