I was just wondering if there are any ladies here from Austin or near there? I am moving to Austin to work/study for 3 months in June and am looking for some tips so I can plan to stay on track in a new city both food and exercise wise

I used to live in Austin. It's hands down the most active/health obsessed city in Texas so you're in good hands! Don't get me wrong- there are plenty unhealthy eateries (aka most things open 24/7 that cater to late night party goers). ... I don't know what you do to keep in shape but there are countless parks if you like to jog/run/walk with scenery. Google Austin parks & rec to get more info on what the city has to offer (that's both free and outdoors).
