What's for dinner?

  • We are having Chicken Quesadillas
    (LC WW tortillas)
    chicken
    cheese
    onions/peppers
    salsa

Haven't decided yet what else is going along with that. What's the plan at your house??
  • Big pot of chili. 85% lean ground beef, drained; sauteed onions and red peppers; can of diced tomatoes, can of crushed tomatoes, can of tomato sauce; 4 cans combined of various beans, spices. DH and DS will have french bread with theirs; I'll have a wedge or two of Laughing Cow cheese with mine

I will freeze containers of it and have it ready for lunches. Love having backup in the freezer
  • Mmm. Chili sounds good!!

When I make it I should probably have more chili with my bowl of crackers. That is always the problem for me.
  • I'm in the middle of a huge project, so my dinner is simple and fast (but it's one of my favorites!).

1 baked potato crispy smasher - dear GOD these are good! (microwave until soft, smash on a cookie sheet, spray with cooking spray and add salt and pepper, bake until crispy)
1 salad with onions, peppers, garlic, and any other veggies I have around.
    Maybe a grapefruit for dessert.
  • Today we had jumbo veggie hot dogs (I had 1/2) with condiments and homemade buns, oven fries (only a small handful for me), baked beans, tossed salad.

LiannaKole, I love those smashed potatoes.
  • Skinny taste cheese sticks (LOVE those things)

    Tomato soup and grilled cheese.

I might even try the banana chocolate souffle from Skinny taste. For around a 100 cal I can have that kind of dessert? ****, yes, I'll try it!
  • Ground chicken sausage with home made sweet potato gnoccis, broccoli, and home made alfredo sauce. I'm excited! I've been CRAVING gnoccis. I hope they turn out!
  • Grilled Chicken Salad...it's a low day.
  • Veggie sloppy joe on homemade carrot roll and smoothie
