trying to avoid the holiday binge eating

    with easter just around the corner, I'm nervous about cheating that day. does anyone have any healthy recipes for the holiday?

  • I know what you mean! My family goes to an Easter brunch buffet every year, so that won't be easy. I just plan on keeping it to one plate and lots of veggies if I can help it. Going to do my best to stay away from all of the wonderful candy!!

  • An easy thing to do is to bring a large veggie plate, full of your favourite raw veggies. Then you can snack as much as you want guilt free.
  • I'll just cheat but I'll keep the portions as small as I can and have lots of vegetables and salad. I'll also have some dessert as I do once a week. I keep any favourite foods on my plate and eat them last. We don't have small kids around so I didn't buy any chocolate for us.
  • man i know your concern. im pretty stable w my weight other than when i go on vacation or its the holidays..then its a free for all! Sub low cal products when cooking or look online for some good healthy recipes you can bring
