I have been low carbing for a week and a half now. It has been easy so far. I have also dropped a few pounds wich is great!

Welcome to low carb. If I could give you only one pointer it would be to drink all your water!! Every day and I mean that. It will increase your weight loss and make you feel great. Plus when you burn fat for fuel (as with low carb) you generate a lot of toxins and water helps to wash them out of your body. Exercise does to.
Check out our food log threads for ideas on meals and snacks and keep posting...I find it helps keep me honest, even when I go off plan.
Congratulations on making the wise choice of joining the lo carb life. The best words of wisdom I can offer, in addition to your food and exercise plan is 3FC. This site is a very important part of my plan. The support I receive here is so wonderful. Post in the daily so we can get to know you.

The daily usually has a silly name and the day's date. Today it's called DAily Chat and the date. Yesterday it was Humping DAy which shocked some of us conservachicks - NOT! Feel free to join in even if it's just for a wave.
