10% gone!

  • I just weighed in today after 7 weeks and I've lost an additional 9 pounds which brings my total to 17-18 pounds, which is 10% of my starting weight Yay!!

    Any tips or tricks to share?
  • No tips in particular. I've just been religiously calorie counting, doing daily cardio and body weight exercises (push ups, sit up, etc) twice a week.
