This may seem small and trivial but my first goal was to get below 160lbs. I have been hovering around 164-165lbs for what seems like forever. I could never get below that because i would always pig out in the evening and ruin any good that i did that day. Well this morning i weighed myself and i was 159.8lbs. Not *that much* below 160lbs...only .2 but it is STILL below and i'm gonna take it and be happy with it!

I'm hoping this can motivate me to stay on track! Next goal...150lbs!!
