Yep, it's called keratosis pilaris. Most of what I have read about it says it usually improves with age. Unfortunately mine has gotten worse.
I have never found anything that really makes a significant difference, but moisturizing, and using a loofah, and exfoliating helps.
It really does make a difference when I get some sun, for the better.

I have been considering lately going to a dermatologist about it finally. But with my weight I keep covered up a lot anyway. So figure when I start to want to show some skin I will go and see if I can help it. LOL
It is definitely hereditary unfortunately. So luck of the draw.
