the time has absolutely flown!!!!! we're with you, darlin.. all the way down the hall, through the surgery, into recovery, and back to the ward. and then some..

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I met with gas dr. yesterday and opted out of the epidural. He said they use it about 50% of the time for pain management. I'm going with the morphine pump instead. I got a little nervious when he said I probably wouldn't feel my legs for 3 days. YUCK.

Today, clear liquids only. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM that broth and jello was delicious!

Thanks again all. I'll keep you posted. I'm sure being home and bored for 4-6 weeks will keep me a little more active on the board.

Lorrie, I'm getting excited for you!!

I think you made the right decision, morphine pump instead of epidural. I held so tight to that little pump, it was my best friend!
