Awwww. I know that machine can be intimidating, but I promise eventually you'll learn how to count NSVs more than the number on the scale (at least that's what I do and find it much more rewarding).
If nothing else, at least if you go and weigh in tomorrow, Friday, you'll have bought yourself an extra day to work out next week if you aren't happy or don't have a successful weekend. What I mean is, go and weigh in tomorrow. That will reset your week a day early. So go enjoy the weekend. Maybe you rock it, maybe you don't. We've all been there where we are determined to make good choices but something happens and we don't. But by the time Monday comes, while you've already three days into your week, you still have five left before you have to weigh in again on your normal day of Saturday. Use those extra days to stay on point and exercise. Does that make sense?
Plus, for all you know if you go in tomorrow you might find that you lost which might keep you motivated through the weekend. Or if you gained, use THAT as motivation to stay on track so you lose next weigh in.
Truth is, one day or one week or one weekend is not the end all be all. This is a marathon, not a sprint. I've had entire weeks where I've gone off point and gained but I weighed in and started fresh and got back on track. It takes work, but we're here to help
