Well here we are, the final week, let's rock it ladies!

I've started my week with C25K week three day one, I think 6.30am jogs might be the way forward, I feel great now!

I realy really want an on plan week to finish the challenge on a high

Congrats losers! Maintained this week while not feeling well, so that's ok with me TOM is coming now so I'd be thrilled to record a loss this week, but am realistic that it might not happen. Hope everyone is doing well!

Thins are going okay with me being away this week, the down fall is the eating choices but I'm making due. The hotel has fresh baked cookies everyday but I'm dealing with only one or two.
I did a workout today at the hotel too, first chance to get one in. I did 38 min on the treadmill and 32 on the bike....so not to bad.

Well have a good rest of the week everyone.

Everything going OK here, knowing it's the last week of this challenge is keeping me focussed! The weather over here is soooo good right now, so my uni work might suffer today but exercise will be the winner!

Hey everyone. Life is crazy right now! I have a lot going on, including moving across the country soon, so I'm doing what I can when I can as far as weightloss goes, but yeah, it is so not a priority right now. =) I hope everyone has a great final weighin.

Congrats everyone! Sorry I have been mia the last few weeks..major life changes going on. I'm happy that I have been able to maintain or have minimal losses each week; normally I would spiral out of control.
Rainydays- hope you are feeling better. I too have come down with something this week.

Erinmg Well done for keeping in control, life will always get in teh way from time to time, and learning how not to use that as an excuse to 'quit' is really important

Last weigh in the morning....... Although this week I'm not going to be recording a big loss, I'll still look back and be very proud of the changes I've made since the start of the challenge, and I really hope all of you do too

Takingcontrol, you did awesome, you should definitely be super proud. If you join the next challenge I'd love to be on your team again. =)

Last weighin came on a good note. I'm down 3.2 this week. I didn't reach my goal or stay dedicated through this whole challenge, but I had a lot of major stuff going on in my personal life during this challenge and I am insanely proud of what I accomplished. 26lbs with everything I've had going on is pretty much a miracle. The old me, the person who was so unhealthy and so deep into a lot of the emotional issues that just made overeating and a lack of self esteem worse, if she had went through the things I'd been going thru, she would have gained weight, not lost it. So I'm very proud of myself, and I'm proud of the few of us who made it through the challenge.

Life is definitely looking up and the nearer I get to the body I've always wanting the more motivated I get. I'm very much looking forward to the next challenge. =)

Ahhhh Toomanydimples, you've done great, 26lb without other things going on would be fab, so with it you've done so well to stay on track and keep losing

I lost a lb this week, so 21.5 in total, which I'm really pleased with. Now I just have to keep the momentum going to get to goal, bring it on!

It's been great having this challenge here to keep me accountable, so thank you very much to all of you who've made it to the end for sharing in the journey with me

No weight change again this week, but it's TOM and I ended at 24.6 pounds down this challenge, so I'm happy with that Congratulations to all the losers for this challenge!!
