Hey everyone! I just started IP a week ago and just found this forum. Not sure if this is where I am suppose to introduce myself but just wanted to say Hi and looking forward to getting healthy and losing weight

Glad you found the forum it is great support. Where most people converse and most of the information can be found is on the Daily Chat threads. There is a new one each day and then a weekend one.

If you started a week ago, you should be past the toughest part with the carb withdrawls. Be sure to check out the recipes and recipe archives in the first sticky thread on the home page.

Where in New England are you? I'm in central MA. Having difficulty finding WF products locally, and don't like paying $4.50 each at the center.
Also, your results are ~*~*AMAZING*~**~* Congratulations! Wondering if you have any favorite recipes or WF products you'd care to share?
