First mini goal achieved!

  • Hi all!!! My name is Ana and I joined this site this week, one week after I started my diet.

    I'm seeing a nutrionist because I need to lose 56 pounds due to a spine injury.

    She set me on a 2 pounds per week goal.

    I began my diet on march 13th weighing 216.66 lbs. and as of march 20th I stand at 212.8!!!
