  • Hi everyone. I was away in India for a couple of weeks, and then on the couch recovering from jetlag/flu for another week. In the meantime, the eating habits have deteriorated severely. Let's try to get back on the WWWagon.

    total: 29 (believe it or not, pretty good for me considering what i've been eating in the last month or so)

    exercise: not quite up to it yet
