  • Does this plan sound o.k?

    My weight is about 133 ish at 5"5. I want to weight between 115-120. I will weigh for exact measure on Monday, when I officially start my plan. (I will eat sensibly and exercise until then) I want to lose about a lb a week. I am 20 years old. My plan should last until Aug 6th, when I start grad school.

    I will weigh every Monday
    I will eat 1500 cals a day. I adjusted the Slim Fast plan to make it something I can more realistically do. 1200 cals isn't enough for me, mentally, I can't handle it. lol. I will work in a treat a week into my calories.

    Breakfast- 200 cal slim fast bar or shake
    Sn- 100 cal, something healthy
    Lunch-500 cal of whole grains, veg, fats, and protein
    Sn- 100 cal,
    Dinner- 500 cal balanced meal
    Sn- 100 cal

    Monday- cardio (30-60 mins)
    Tuesday-strength training class
    Wednesday-cardio(30-60 mins)
    Thursday-strength training class
    Friday-light cardio(30 mins)
    Saturday-cardio (30-60 mins)
    Sunday-rest
