Sickness UGH.

  • So tomorrow is my weigh in day and I'm super sick today. I've only eaten one decent meal today and snacked the rest using up all my points. I'm absolutely starving and with being sick completely miserable.

    I feel like my body really needs more food right now but at the same time I really don't want to screw myself for my weigh in tomorrow.

    Thoughts?
  • Ugh, I hate that feeling. Can you make a smoothie or munch on some veggies? I hope you feel better and good luck tomorrow ((hugs))
  • I could but I want a full meal right now. I ate my only one 8 1/2 hours ago and feel like I need something with meat and vegetables and carbs. grumble.
  • I've decided to eat some green beans, a banana and some strawberries and see if that will hold me over till I pass out. Hopefully it will.
  • Decided not to ruin my weigh in tomorrow and had the veggies/fruit and water and I'm good now. Time for bed!
