    Just did my first WI and I'm down 10.6 pounds! Super excited to keep going now! This site has been an awesome wealth of info. Thanks a bunch!

    Congratulations ! I remember that first WI too, how amazed I was that I had lost, and didn't feel deprived. I was eating more than I had before, just the right stuff !
