And the worst part is last night I started to move the scale around the bathroom and weigh myself in different spots to see if there is any difference in the weight I see. For some reason I can't believe that I have lost any weight and keeping telling myself I must have weighed in a diff. spot etc.
I know I need to stop it but I am becoming used to doing it every time I go to the bathroom and now I am considering buying a new scale just to see if the weight is diff. Maybe I should put it up or something. I feel so weird even posting about it.
