Is homemade chicken soup okay for IP? Chicken,water, veggies, herbs etc?

If I put carrots in but don't eat them, is that okay? Or does too much sugar release into the broth?

I don't know, but I'd err on the side of caution. Just don't use the stuff that's not on the list...
