I did a workout yesterday and I am feeling a little sore. I will not be starting the system today but maybe the stretch x dvd just to start.
I will be following the lean schedule and I was wondering if anyone else was following that program and if maybe someone would be willing to keep me accountable? I'm not sure if I will be doing p90x everyday or if I can just do it once a week and work up to it.
I would appreciate advice on motivation and how to supplement the system.
