Hi I have lost about 17 pounds in the past 2 months which is good but I notice I flatter back to 5 pounds on the scales. I try to stay on a 1200 calories a day . and I do zumba on Mondays and Wednesday which is 55 mins long excerise and walk on the treadmill for 50 mins once a week also
I started out my weight at 239 . Im down like 222 last i check on the scale and im 5.6 tall . My question is Am I on the right calorie intake?? Im so confused and Ive heard on a tv show I could be on a starve mode.. I have also giving up reg coke to coke zero so I dont know if thats the weight lost either .. I havent seen any weight lost in awhile just wondering if Im doing the right calorie . I need to lose about 50 pounds . My goal weight is 170 to 165
