I instantly thought, that is about how much I have lost so far. Imagine myself throwing one of those on my back and then going to the meat counter and asking for 5 pounds of ground beef and strapping that to my front (probably the boobs
) and walk around like that!!!! That is how much extra I was carrying around. It really hit home to me and made me feel better that although I have been stuck in the 170s for a while, I have at least maintained here and I never want to gain back that big bag of bird seed to carry around, ever!
