5 Miles!!!!!

    My fiance pissed me off....i just bought an elliptical- my fav machine...i like letting him know my successes of running 2 miles in the gym in 20-24 min..(he is ave weight)...he wanted to compete with me and said lets see who can beat who....he came to me after 4.2 miles/44:30 min and I was like you're trying to set me up to fail...but with the strength of God and the fire lit under my bum...I beat his 4.2 miles in 38:35 min and finished off the 5 miles in 46:34min.... so proud of myself. I did not think I had it in me to run 5 miles yet.

    i killed my personal best for the 5 MILES!!! 46:34 min--->>>41:54!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOO I CUT 5 MIN MORE OR LESS!!!!
