Hello all! My name is Carolyn and I just started the Medifast diet about 2 week ago. I have lost 7 lbs. thus far, and this is week 2. It seems now that the weight is coming off slower. I'm hoping that I will be able to stick it out.

Hehe, pretty cool seeing there are people in the VA areas here. New myself! How is that medifast diet? I heard of it but don't really know how you're suppose to do it. Curious though .
