Hello everyone, new to the forum, but no stranger to weight loss, I use to suffer with obesity, 19 stone, tried untold recommendations but consistently failed until I gave threes years of my life to researching weightloss with a dynamic approach, I am now just 11 stone and loving it!. starting with my next post, i will gradually give tips commencing with the topic: What is the five-A-day diet without discipline, attempting to lose weight is a sure non-starter.
