loose 7lbs + by end of march

  • right then fellow chicks iv had a few weeks of 'giving up' i havnt put any weight back on thankfully but iv stopped going the gym and relaxed my eating so iv stayed they same. i think with summer approaching its time to get my but back in gear to loose the remaining 21lbs to take me to my goal.

    whos with me in loosing half a stone in march?

    does that happen when you have salty food?
    iv gotten into the bad habbit of weighing myself everyday and i get mega annoyed when i put on.
  • Yes, food full of sodium can make you temporarily gain water weight. I'm especially sensitive to it.
