  • Who invented those things anyway? DH brought home a box of the mint cookies--I did not even notice them until he pointed them out on the counter

So what do I do you ask duh not only did I eat one but I ate 7 thank goodness for those weeklies
  • Oh no! AHAHAH Thank goodness for weeklies.
  • Grrr, I so agree! I'm not on WW, I'm a CCer, and I HATE wasting my calories on low-volume, high calorie foods! I keep trying to resist, but the peanut butter patties have gotten me a few times. Luckily I've been able to stick to the serving size, but still, they don't fill me up, they just taste amazing! *eyeroll*
  • Ahhh....Thin Mints stay away from my door....
  • I know I posted early, but had something else to say. You couldn't have spent those points on any better of a cookie , btw. I love those things.
  • Mack just brought home Caramel deLites tonight and luckily I've only eaten 1.
Most of the cookies aren't horrible on points though.
  • Well, there goes that "I've only eaten 1". Just ate like 4. ugh.
  • So far none of them have crossed the threshold into our house. DH and my weakness is the Caramel ones. When a co-worker placed out their order form in the breakroom, I asked DH if he wanted any and he said no. Yay!

On a side note, I love that my office doesn't allow people to go around and ask for sales for fundraisers, donations, etc. Information is placed int he breakroom for all to read and purchase or not. This has really cut down on the pressure to buy cookies, cookie dough, popcorn, candy, food gift boxes, etc. I worked at a bank once and they would seriously pressure you to buy crap from the senior bankers, even though I was making minimum wage. Not only did it hurt my wallet it hurt my waistline having a tub of dough in the kitchen.
  • I ate a whole box of the Peanut Butter ones on Saturday...my last weekend before starting WW today...so ashamed
  • Do you mean a sleeve of Thin Mints isn't a serving? Guilty!
  • I have Thin Mints in my freezer and the shortbread ones in my cupboard I've -- surprisingly -- been very good about only eating 2 or 3 at a time. Of course, that's with the shortbread. Once those are gone and I only have the Thin Mints it might be another story!
  • Quote: Do you mean a sleeve of Thin Mints isn't a serving? Guilty!
    LOL!!!!!!!!!
  • I can't have thin mints in the house. A couple of years ago, my husband bought 4 boxes of them. Welcome to my fun house of cookies and shame.

The tub of cookie dough would be a huge problem for me. They never get made into cookies, just eaten as globs of frozen dough.
  • lol I bought 72 bucks worth and have yet to eat ANY ! I shoved them all in our freezer... out of site out of mind
  • If I feel compelled to buy cookies i.e. a friends daughter that I cannot turn away like the work order forms, I send them to friends in the Navy on a ship out in the middle of nowhere. Those dudes seriously need the calories and the pick me up.
