This week has not been my week for exercise...

  • I've been so stressed by school lately /: So I've not had the energy to work out all. I've been eating well, bit cardio and weights...not so much. And it doesn't help that seeing myself in the mirror that I STILL hate my apperience ]: Ugh
  • exercise is just part of it. just make sure you are eating at a calorie deficit (and nutritious calories) and you should see some results.


    i was reluctant to start going to the gym myself, because i already work 10+ hours on my feet. i was sore at first, but i find that it actually gives me energy. peel yourself outta your seat even if just to take a walk. they say exercise/walking is a big stress reliever!

    don't fret about the mirror. results will come, but not overnight. keep at it!
