Newbie trying to get healthy!

    So I have started my healthy lifestyle/weight loss quest about a month ago. I started at 235, and as of this morning I have already lost 14 pounds! But I am starting to lose motivation to work out, so I figured I would come here to find some tips, motivation and see what you lovely ladies do. Nice to meet ya!
