So a quick profile. I'm a single mom. I'm currently at 230 looking to lose 70lbs.
So i joined a gym about 5 or 6 months ago. I used it the first week....but not since then. I'm considering going to a yoga class tomorrow but i'm a little scared. I took a couple yoga classes in college but i really don't know what i'm doing. I dont want to be the big girl in the room struggling to do it all...

I know how it feels to be unsure of yourself because of your size. When I joined my gym I wasn't much smaller than you and boy was I nervous! Luckily the instructors were patient and taught me how to do everything correctly. Any decent fitness instructor (whether it be yoga or not) will take the time to help you out...they want you to stick around after all!
