I usually eat about 1400-1600 calories a day. Today was one of the most hectic days I've had in a very long time, which ended up with me only having time to eat 600 calories. I'm going to be going to bed in just a few hours, but within that time I think I'll be able to eat another 200 calories. The odd thing is that Im usually a huge evening snacker.. but I am not hungry at all!..... Is it okay if I only end up with 800-1000 calories today or would it be better to have like.... a big bowl of icecream just to meet at least 1200 calories?
BTW: Today I ate
Breakfast : Toast with peanut butter, a personal yogurt cup and blueberries
Lunch : Huge lettuce, pickles, ham and cheese wrap
Dinner: Homemade extra lean chicken burger with a massive plate of steamed veggies
I also measure everything so I know my calories are pretty accurate. I didn't try to eat this little, I just was out unexpectedly all day.

Not every day will go according to plan.
