I have had a really good first week thus far on SBD, 10 pounds down. ...that being said, everything I made came from home, so I knew exactly what was in it and that it was okay for phase 1. This weekend I ate out three times already, and I just wanted some feedback on whether or not I am making good choice.
Meal 1: California Pizza Kitchen
Full Caesar salad, add salmon, no croutons
Diet Coke
Meal 2: Chevy's
Table side guacamole with pico de galo, jalapenos, some kind of dry cheese, and of course, avocados
Salmon fajitas (no tortillas, rice, or butter) double beans, sour cream and guacamole and salsa on the side (very small amount), grilled vegetables (again, no butter), and grilled salmon (it had little pineapple chunks on top, but I didn't eat them either
...and NO CHIPS! *pats self on the back*
Meal 3: Taco Bell (I know, I know)
Pintos and cheese
Taco salad (no meat, no rice, and I didn't eat the shell it came in) lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, beans, cheese
