They feel and look like little black heads, but you can't pick at them. I'm not sure if it's from my weight or anything, I just know I want them gone..

Keratosis Pilaris?

It sounds like keratosis pilaris. I have them. They can not be cured but people have had success treating them with diet. You can google and see what others have done or see a dermatologist.
