Question.

  • I'm on SBD phase 1, first week to be exact, and I have a question. ...can you eat as much low fat cheese as you want? I know there is a limit on milk, but is there on cheese too? I have been eating so much of it, and I love it, but I want to make it's okay. Thanks!
  • There is no limit per day. Just try not to abuse
I'd guess 2-3 servings is alright?
Try adding other things though- like lentils, black beans, nuts, plain yogurt, etc to keep yourself full and not rely solely on cheese. And trust me, I know because I love cheese! What I did though was make sure I was not abusing the amount per serving, and I was ok
  • Although there's no official limit on cheese, it is high in calories, so keep that in mind.
  • Thanks! I've been eating a lot of vegetables and fish and nuts and a LOT of beans because I love them, so cheese definitely isn't all I'm eating, but I do notice I'm eating a lot, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing some golden rule about cheese.
