No, there's nothing wrong with you. You had a couple bad days. We all have them. The important thing is, you
know you had a couple of bad days, and you don't need to be beaten up about it, either by yourself or anyone else.
Sometimes we can't control where we eat. And, even though we logically know that we should be able to control
ourselves when we end up at a place we have no control over, some of us aren't perfect and make less-than-perfect choices. The important thing is to acknowledge those choices, own them, and move on.
Don't let anyone make you think there's something "wrong" with you just because you had a "setback" (I use quotations there because, hey, you don't even know yet if there's been any damage due to your choices.) You keep right on going and don't pay attention to anyone who drags you down.
