. The fruits and veggies are allowed as much as you like, so at night I hit the fridge for fresh fruit with a non fat yogurt; Life saver right now. I am a super junk food eater and my hubby likes me chubby, so no motivation was a killer for me
. Now I'm seeing my age creep up and my motivation to be healthy has grown with it! I'm weak so I'm doing Lean Cuisine and measured snacks all day and all week long. Once I am confident to count calories on my own I will transition to home cooking portions. I try to do this on weekends and eat pre-measured foods during the week. I'm down 12lbs in less than a month and now I'm looking for long term results. Maybe a days portion layed out will help you with not snacking what you shouldn't have in your calorie allowance for the day. How funny your current weight is my half way mark, so envious!
