So I've never been skinny. I've had a double chin since elementary school, but I'm tired of having it. I work out often, and I'm losing, but I still have the chin. I'm about 235. How long will it be for it to fade away and same with the back fat?
My back fat was the first to go. Over 70 lbs down and I've still got a little bit of extra chin. Hopes that helps but everyone loses differently.
Everyone is different. I thought my face looked a lot different at 50 pounds until I saw what it looked like at 80 pounds and looked back at photos of 50 pounds! It all keeps changing. Good luck - just take things as they come. It will be gone eventually.

It's all so very individual in how we Gain and how we lose. I never had a lot of back fat, but had a huge double chin. My face thinned down first.... First place to see it. And my double chins are gone (though I have some loose wrinkly skin it it's place-but tht is slowly shrinking up too).
What you know is that it will happen. Might not be in the order you would like things to happen, but it will happen.
I'm 5'4" and lost the back rolls and double chin at about 185, but I tend to carry more weight in the bottom half.
I got another chin when I was in the 170s. It was the first thing to go.

No double chin for me, but I've lost about 5 inches off my back so far. My back was one of the first places I lost weight.
Isn't it genetic? I was 106 graduating high school and had a double chin. I'm sure when I reach 160, possible 150, I'll still have it. Have it now. Genetics for me. Should I have it liposucked?
