10 pounds BUH BYE!

  • I lost my first 10 pounds! SO PUMPED!

    I am doing a high protein - no carb diet.

    I won't lie, I do miss bread...and ripple chips. I am going to bring the carbs back into my diet plan after I lose another 10 pounds

    I do feel much healthier already. I notice my meal planning is more of an event now. Trying to make protein look sexy without cheese or pasta is not easy. LOL!!

    I celebrated today by starting a donation box for clothes I REFUSE to ever wear again and brought out some clothes that don't fit yet - to inspire me! YA!!

    Another thing I really notice is why I eat the wrong things. Stress. I feel my body turning to my cheat foods when I have something stressing me out or making me frustrated. Now I am battling that with lots of fluids, long baths, my pets, and this forum. I look at others pictures of before and after and read their successes and I get back on track
