Hey y'all!!

I'm Jason from Texas. I'm 33 years old and married to the most amazing woman. Together we have two beautiful daughters, ages 7 and 1. They are the main reason I've decided to lost weight. I started at 255 lbs about a month ago. I'm currently 245 lbs with a goal weight of 170 lbs. A friend of mine recommended that I do the the Diet Solution Program. I've been doing that so far, but feel that the program can be coupled with other weight loss programs for maximum results. If you have a program you are doing, please let me know what it is and how it's working for you!
