Haven't been here in a while...trying again!

  • Hey, I was pretty active a while back, but haven't been on here in a while...now I'm back!

I am starting again down the road to weight loss...

A few months ago I lost 30 pounds (186 to 156) but I got lazy and put a lot of it back on. I actually weighed myself at 182 this morning...so I need to do something about this!

    Here is my plan:

    Diet:

Breakfast = Kashi Go Lean (2 cups with 2% milk and a banana cut up into it)
Lunch = 3 egg whites, 2.6 oz tuna fish, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (mixed together and fried (without butter or anything) like scrambled eggs)
Dinner = Whatever the family is eating, but eat small portions and no seconds

All day = Drink lots and lots of water!

    Exercise:

    M, W, F = Weight lifting for about 2 hours (upper body)
Tue, Thu = Run for an hour (about 10K)

    Supplements:

Pills = Mega Men Sport multivitamins, Fish Oil, EC stack (Ephedrine and Caffeine), CLA
Pre-workout = Protein shake (AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60) 2 scoops
Post-workout = Recovery shake (Amplified Recovery Protein XR)

The idea with this plan is high protein, low calories...and work out hard.

I hope to lose 22 pounds in a little under 2 months (when I have a Navy weigh in and exercise test...and transfer to Japan right after it) and look a lot better as well.

I'm sure it's not the best plan in the world, but what do you think?
  • I don't have any tips for you, but I just want to say congratulations for getting back to it
