NSV this weekend!

    Good morning y'all! I had to come in this morning to tell you about my NSV.
    I had three pair of trousers from Lane Bryant that were too big (shock, I know). I finally took them to exchange this weekend.

    I was down to a size 22. OhMyGoodness, I was a tight 28 when I started in September. I did a happy dance in the store. Hey, it's amazing how easy it was to stay on plan after that confidence booster.

    I am wearing my new size 22 jeans today & a shirt that was relegated to the back of my closet cause it was too tight.
