What is a "week" in WW?

  • Is there a particular time frame that WW considers a week? Like Sun to Sat, with the new week rolling over on Sun? I noticed my weekly allowance points restarted on Sunday, so I assume the tracking is Sun-Sat but are meetings different as far as weigh ins?

I joined one week ago today, but I want to make weigh ins and attend my meeting on Saturdays because I won't always been able to get into town in time for a Monday meeting. I also plan on going to meetings in the town I work in if I am working late and have time but not to weigh in.

The reason I ask too is because when I log in to my E-Tools it states that at my meeting area this week they are doing the PowerStart Choices section but the dates are Feb 10 - Feb 16, 2012 which is a Friday to Thursday week.
  • It depends on what days you weigh in. I'm pretty sure you can have them change it at your meeting. Not sure about online.
  • On one of the account settings places in etools, they have a way to change your weight day. You can set it anytime you want, and it will start the week over then. I think it's in one of the menu choices when you've got the actual etools open, when you're tracking.

I'm over in Topeka, and I go to the mtg on sat morning! Do you go in topeka or Lawrence? Wouldn't that be a riot if we went to the same meeting??

    Good luck!

I'll be going to the one in Lawrence, most likely the 10am meeting. I work in Topeka though, so if I ever need to get to a meeting I can as explained by the leader who does Monday nights. I work late some times so being able to go to a meeting in Topeka is great!

Normally, I can't get back into Lawrence for meeting times which is why Saturday works best.
